Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Sioux City, IA

Compensation: $2277 - $2744 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional nursing care to mothers in labor and their newborns.
• Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Assisting in Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts per week.
• Documenting patient information using the EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current RN license in Iowa.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross.
• Certification in fetal monitoring from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Experience in high-risk and high-acuity environments within a busy delivery center (e.g., 100+ deliveries/month).
• Willingness to float to Post-Partum as needed.
