You'll manage tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching, all while keeping a keen eye on quality and safety. Regular inspections will help you ensure everything meets the highest standards, and you'll be the go-to for solving any issues on-site. Interacting with clients to address questions and concerns will also be part of your day, ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you'll oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment, making sure everything is in top condition for the next job.The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:3 years of experience in landscape maintenance3 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficient in landscape maintenance techniques, plant care, and equipment operationValid driver's license and a good driving recordCurrent DOT medical card or the ability to obtain oneAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbsPreferred Qualifications:Certification in landscape maintenance or related fieldsREADY TO JOIN A WINNING TEAM?If you're ready to lead a talented crew, apply now!
