What you'll be doing:
- Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and updating medical histories
- Support healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with venipuncture as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems
What we need to see:
- Diploma from a medical assistant program accredited by a recognized body
- At least two years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, specifically Epic
