Content QA Analyst

As a meticulous, customer‑focused quality assurance professional, you will drive the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of content across multiple digital platforms—including templates, prompt templates, AI‑generated content, and emerging intelligent experiences—directly influencing customer satisfaction and the overall integrity of our innovative content solutions. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans for various content experiences such as templates, prompt templates, and AI‑generated content. Execute manual and automated tests across diverse digital experiences. Validate content quality, functionality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to design standards. Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution. Evaluate AI‑generated outputs against defined quality standards and acceptance criteria. Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, formatting, and overall customer experience. Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations to enhance model and content performance. Create and maintain test scripts, test cases, validation frameworks, and execution documentation. Develop repeatable and scalable testing approaches for new content experiences and features. Collaborate closely with content and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities. Analyze testing results, communicate findings to stakeholders, and track testing outcomes to ensure accurate documentation and workflow integration. Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.). 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in QA, content testing, usability testing, or general quality assurance. Proven ability to create detailed test plans, comprehensive test cases, and clear test reporting documentation. Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or a similar programming language. Solid understanding of productivity workflows and digital collaboration tools. Strong grasp of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Direct experience testing AI‑generated content or generative‑AI experiences. Understanding of fundamental design principles, content quality best practices, and UX concepts. Experience working with automation frameworks to streamline testing efforts.
