Sales Order Specialist - CONTRACTOR

As the Sales Order Specialist – CONTRACTOR, you will support the end‑to‑end order process and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage order entry, verification, and fulfillment in accordance with company specifications. Communicate with sales, production, logistics and other stakeholders to ensure timely order execution. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve order‑related issues promptly. Assist with S&OP, including data collection, analysis, and alignment of forecasts with actual orders. Maintain and update records of customer orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. Generate reports to monitor trends, detect potential issues, and support decision‑making. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications – Required Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in OEM supply chain. 1+ year experience managing order and shipment processes using ERP systems, or in S&OP, demand planning, or order desk functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP or related logistics/inventory systems. Firm understanding of S&OP principles. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, supporting after‑hour requests from stakeholders across time zones. Qualifications – Preferred Experience in manufacturing or OEM supply chain roles (S&OP, demand planning, supply planning). Bilingual in English & Korean or English & Spanish.
