Position Sales Specialist – Toyota Weatherstrip Sales department at Toyoda Gosei North America headquartered in Troy, MI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage orders from customers and coordinate with AMC team members. Prepare, submit and negotiate pricing for pre‑production and prototype orders. Diligently track and record all orders and quotes in the appropriate worksheets and systems. Manage open issues with AMCs and external customers including ordering, quality, and delivery. Work cross‑functionally to coordinate pre‑production and prototype concerns with the customer. Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts. Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience. Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in an Engineering or Sales function preferred. Previous experience in a Sales role preferred.
