Production Worker | Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift

$19+/hr DOE | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting production, assembly, material handling, and warehouse operations. Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, forklift, or production experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Move and stage materials to support production
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general production duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support multiple departments as business needs change

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule: This is a 2nd Shift position and candidates must be available to work:

• Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
• Training will be completed on 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) before moving to the regular schedule

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
