The Referral Coordinator manages the referral intake process from receipt through scheduling, ensuring patients are triaged, matched with the appropriate provider, and scheduled promptly. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling. Referral Intake & Triage

• Upload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas
• Triage and tag service type — therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination
• Patient Outreach & Scheduling
• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad
• Bilingual — a plus
