Member Engagement Coordinator

Compassionate and detail-oriented, the remote Member Engagement Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partner care coordinators, managing member communications, scheduling evaluations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service delivery process. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to guide members through their journey, including scheduling initial evaluations and providing timely project updates Handle inbound communications with care, resolving questions and documenting interactions accurately in the internal CRM Communicate professionally with health plan and referral partners, adhering to specific program rules and contributing to quality growth and scale initiatives Required Qualifications 2+ years in a high call volume, customer-facing role involving phone-based work, care coordination, or client services A genuine commitment to members and delivering a great experience, with a track record of going the extra mile Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy, especially with older adults or high-needs populations Comfort in a remote, tech-heavy environment, adept at using multiple tools including CRM systems and cloud-based communication platforms Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes while maintaining high-quality standards Virtual Vocations Inc
