Location: Coos County Jail Reports To: Shift Sergeant or Watch Commander Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling inmate, staff, and visitor movement within the corrections facility. Operates security systems and provides administrative and technical support to corrections staff. Key Responsibilities Operate control systems for cameras, monitors, electronic doors, elevators, and communication equipment. Monitor facility for safety and security using electronic visual devices. Screen and route visitors; process inmate correspondence. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation. Perform general office tasks including typing, filing, and data entry. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Typing and computer skills preferred. Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow complex directives. Must obtain and maintain CJIS certification. Rate of pay: $20.00 an hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
