Missions In Brief The Departmental Service for Solidarity and Integration (SDSEI) is at the heart of our department's social action. It works daily to support citizens in their integration journeys, facilitating access to rights and developing essential solidarity systems. The SDSEI Adour BAB is organized across two main sites (Bayonne and Anglet), with offices in the towns of Biarritz, Boucau, Saint Pierre d'Irube, Mouguerre, Urt, Urcuit, and Lahonce. Composed of around 140 agents, the multidisciplinary team uses its expertise to improve the quality of life and support vulnerable populations in a mainly urban and semi-rural environment. Each professional provides reception, offers comprehensive care tailored to individuals and families, and effectively implements departmental social policies on the ground. Profile Sought DE ASS: State Diploma of Social Service Assistant required Driving License B required Experience in social intervention and/or child protection Good knowledge and experience in the field of child prevention and protection, insertion, autonomy, and social evaluation. Ability to work independently. Mastery of evaluation techniques and professional writing. Knowledge of medico-social legislation, departmental social policies, and the Code of Social and Family Action. Mastery of techniques for interview, active listening, aid relationship, negotiation, communication, and social evaluation. Analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to question one's practice. Relational sense, listening, and analysis. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and report to one's hierarchical superior. Demonstrate rigor in respect of deadlines. Ability to participate in and support a collective project. Ability to represent the institution with partners.
