Position: Part-Time Administrative Support / Lunch Assistant

Schedule: Approximately 8:30 AM 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Hours: Approximately 5 hours per day
Pay Rate: $20

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Administrative Support/Lunch Assistant to help prepare and organize lunches and snacks while providing general administrative support as directed by the Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and distribute lunch and snack items.
• Lift, carry, and transport large quantities of lunch boxes, potentially up to 60lbs at a time.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving food and supplies.
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow instructions from the Administrative Manager and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous administrative, food service, catering, or similar experience is a plus.
