Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse – TelemetryShift: 3x12 NightsMinimum of 2 years of experience preferred. State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation. Skills in IV, PICC, and central line care; blood product administration; non-invasive airway support; ABG interpretation; and wound care management.Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data, interpreting dysrhythmias as necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including cardiac drips (without titration). Provide care for patients with various acute and chronic health conditions, including post-MI care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Participate in rapid response and code teams as needed.Orientation: 12 hours. Pre-approved time off: one request. Residency restriction: certain counties are excluded from submission. Previous staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler.
