Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team in managing five medium sized office buildings in the Dallas area! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Communicate with tenants and service providers
- Learn the conditions of all existing and new leases
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Dispatch work orders, ensure that the engineers have completed them
- Billbacks, Prepare Annual Budgets
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Make sure all properties and their equipment is in safe and working condition
- Schedule and assist in annual inspections of the building equipment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in property management of office or commercial buildings or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork
- Spanish is advantage
