As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, and garnishes.
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the front-of-house team.
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
