Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Nurse, Med-surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Two shifts available Hours per Shift: 12-hour shifts Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Med Surg or Telemetry License: Current Registered Nurse license in the Client Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year Med Surg or Telemetry experience - Current Registered Nurse license in the Client - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Description: Provide care for patients who meet Med/Surg level of care. Patients will be classified as Medicine or Med/Tele Status. Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting patients during their stay. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
