Responsibilities
- Provide direct emergency and trauma care
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Active IL RN license
- 2+ years ER experience required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Strong triage and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
