Senior Manager - Staffing Operations

As the Senior Manager of the Staffing Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and effective recruitment and onboarding of high-quality personnel across all Facilities Services functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the staffing team, driving strategic direction and prioritizing work to achieve goals. Execute strategic priorities, manage objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Build collaborative partnerships, represent the team in leadership forums, and promote continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and safety standards. Plan, monitor, and evaluate program and project outcomes; provide expertise on budgets, schedules, and risk management. Provide quality control measures to mitigate risk and ensure safety and compliance with department, hospital, and university policies. Prepare and maintain accurate, consistent, timely, and auditable project records and cost estimates. Support and mentor project teams, evaluating performance and supporting professional development. Maintain regular, timely communication with all stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate requirements aligned with strategic plans and fiscal priorities. Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent experience may be considered. Experience Qualifications Ten (10) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience relevant to the assigned function. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups, including individuals at all levels, and gain their cooperation. Handle sensitive situations by applying consultative skills in working with internal and external constituent groups. Plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines. Promote inquiry and evidence-based practice, using research to identify and implement innovations. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Provide leadership, influence others, and resolve conflicts to achieve positive results. Understand local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to functional responsibilities. Apply principles and practices of organization, administration, fiscal, and personnel management. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Category III tasks involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Category I tasks do not involve a condition of employment. Compensation Base Pay Scale: Starting at $83.98 – $111.27 per hour.
