Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including, but not limited to screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, to assure the best outcome for the patient. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ensures that patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs and is in compliance with federal and state guidelines. The SLP serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for prospective patients to all internal and external customers. Ensures cross‑disciplinary coordination to provide consistent patient care. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities. Position Requirements Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology. Licensure or Certification as required by state guidelines. CPR Certification. 1 year of Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred. Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered. Full‑Time/Part‑Time PRN Shift: Various shifts Pay Range: $52–$56/hr.
