Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards. Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance service delivery. Requirements: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
