What You'll Do Lead multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership Oversee procurement, subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project execution Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For 7+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience Strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems Proven success managing large commercial construction projects Ability to lead teams and influence project outcomes Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Why Consider This Opportunity?
