About the role

We're hiring an Industrial Electrician to join our growing team in New Holland, PA. If you have experience in manufacturing plant electrical work , we definitely want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for all plant and facility electrical equiptment and power distribution, working in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Supports a quality work environment by following quality policies and procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair problems in electrical wiring.
• Use electrical testing equipment proficiently for troubleshooting.
• Measures, cuts and installs conduit and fittings using hand and power tools. Develops parts list to order materials for installation work.
• Observes functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards, problems, and the need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical distribution components.
• Installation of new equipment, electrical modifications to existing equipment, and relocation of existing equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of local electrical codes.
• Must have the ability to use and understand shop mathematics and handbook formulas.
• Must be capable of interfacing with other departments/personnel for the purpose of developing and/or supplying information to ascertain and achieve processing requirements.
• Must be able to read and identify components depicted on electrical prints.

Education & Experience

What we're looking for:

• High School diploma or GED, required
• Electrical Apprenticeship program, required
• Current journeyman electrical license, required
• 5 years' experience as an industrial electrician, required
