Guest Service CoordinatorLocation: Downtown Boston, MA Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per yearPosition SummaryCFS has partnered with a luxury hotel in seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role is responsible for front desk operations, guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and provide a positive first impression.Complete guest check-in and check-out processes.Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests and inquiries.Provide information on property amenities, services, local dining, and attractions.Resolve guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Assist with administrative and front desk duties as needed.QualificationsAt least 1 year of customer service experience; hotel front desk experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Opera experience is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
