Construction Manager

Lead Projects. Provide Technical Oversight. Drive Execution. We are partnering with a growing construction organization seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex projects while providing technical and engineering oversight throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands on construction leadership role for someone who understands how projects come together from both a field and technical perspective. The successful candidate will work closely with project management, field operations, estimating, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects moving from planning and design coordination through construction and completion. This role is especially well suited for someone who can review drawings, understand design intent, work within CAD systems, identify constructability concerns, and translate technical information into practical field solutions. About the Role As Construction Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects while serving as an important technical resource to the organization. You will help coordinate project planning, engineering requirements, drawings, schedules, field execution, subcontractors, materials, and project documentation while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The role combines construction management, technical problem solving, engineering coordination, and operational leadership. What You'll Do Lead and support construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate project activities across field operations, project management, engineering, estimating, procurement, and subcontractors Review project scope, plans, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements Monitor project progress and identify schedule, constructability, resource, or execution concerns Help resolve field challenges and remove obstacles that could impact project performance Participate in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress meetings Maintain strong communication between office and field teams Technical and Engineering Oversight Review construction drawings, engineering plans, specifications, and technical documentation Provide technical guidance related to constructability, installation, sequencing, materials, and project execution Coordinate with internal and external engineers when design clarification or modification is required Review RFIs, submittals, design revisions, and technical questions Identify #J-18808-Ljbffr
