Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Day Shift$8,000 Sign-On Bonus | 7 AM to 7 PM | 12-Hour Shifts | Same-Day Pay

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care while supporting our residents and nursing team.

You will:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans
Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support CNAs
Communicate with physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Help create a positive and supportive environment for residents and coworkers

What We're Looking For

Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and compassionate
Long-term care experience preferred
