Now Hiring: Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – Carbondale, Co

Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Carbondale team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing, route-based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this role may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

After paid training, you’ll manage a set customer route using a company vehicle. Your day includes:

• Visiting customers face-to-face and professionally representing Auto-Chlor
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
• Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

What You’ll Get

• 1st year earnings: $65,000–$75,000 annually
• Base: $27-$30/hr. with guaranteed overtime & on-call pay
• Monday–Friday schedule, usual hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license for 3 years
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Mechanical aptitude (training provided)
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Reliability and interest in a long-term career
