Business Analyst - Media & Entertainment

Business AnalystFincons US is an IT business consulting and system integration company that provides technology and digital transformation services to clients across media, entertainment, telecommunications, and other industries. We work closely with enterprise organizations to deliver solutions across business analysis, software engineering, data, cloud, and project delivery initiatives.We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication and analytical skills to support projects within media and entertainment environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to help define requirements, improve processes, and support successful project delivery.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsWork closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable solutionsFacilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessionsCreate user stories, process flows, gap analyses, and functional documentationSupport Agile project delivery and help manage requirements throughout the SDLCCoordinate testing efforts including UAT support and validationTrack risks, dependencies, issues, and action items across projectsHelp identify process improvements and operational efficienciesRequirements:4–7 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong experience gathering and documenting business requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and related project toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMedia or entertainment industry experience preferredNice to Have:Experience supporting streaming, broadcast, studio, advertising, or content operations initiativesExperience with enterprise systems, integrations, or workflow platformsPrior consulting experience is a plus
