HR Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a fast-paced and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Support daily Human Resources operations and employee onboarding Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes Complete and verify I-9 documentation and employee records Create and issue employee badges and maintain access records Pull, analyze, and organize HR reports using ADP and Excel Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and analytics Maintain confidential employee information with discretion Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required Experience with data analytics and reporting preferred ADP experience strongly preferred, especially report generation and data extraction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong desire for career growth and advancement IND2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
