Tech Transformation Communications Partner (Hybrid)

Alphanumeric is hiring a COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST: II to work in Glen Allen, VA with an established stronghold in the financial and insurance industries. Pay Range: $29 - $31 We are seeking an experienced Communications Partner to join our Technology organization on a short term contract (approximately four months). This role will support a blend of executive communications, change and transformation initiatives, and internal technology updates during a period of active technology and organizational change. This is a hands on role for a seasoned communications professional who can quickly understand complex topics, partner with senior leaders and technical teams, and deliver clear, effective communications across multiple channels. Contract Length: Approximately 4 months Work Model: Hybrid onsite (mix of onsite and remote work) What You'll Do Executive & Leadership Communications Develop an early draft of a comprehensive communication strategy that is multi-faceted: department, all associates, daily technology operations, projects, etc. Draft and edit executive level communications including leadership updates, talking points, and town hall materials Support development of presentations and briefing materials for Technology leaders Translate complex technical and strategic topics into clear, audience appropriate messaging Change & Transformation Communications Support communication efforts for technology transformation and organizational change initiatives Develop and deliver communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, presentations, FAQs, visuals) Partner with change management and project teams to align messaging, timing, and delivery Gather feedback and adjust messaging to improve clarity and engagement Internal Technology Communications Create internal communications related to technology updates, releases, system changes, and planned maintenance Support timely and accurate messaging during technology incidents or disruptions, as neededCoordinate communications across initiatives to ensure consistency and avoid conflicts Develop enablement and reference materials to support adoption of technology changes Job Requirements Required Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience in a professional communications role supporting internal, executive, or organizational communications for technology, IT, or digital teams. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences Experience supporting change initiatives, transformations, or large scale programs Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and communications tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms) Ability to quickly understand and communicate technology related topics to non technical audiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, technical teams, and cross functional partners Comfort working in fast paced, evolving environments Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model 3-5 years of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Alphanumeric Systems
