Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager - Hybrid / Bedford, MA Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and related reporting activities. This role will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and employee support. Responsibilities Manage payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. Oversee payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations. Support employee data maintenance and payroll-related inquiries. Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits. Partner with HR and Finance on payroll and compensation-related matters. Assist with payroll accounting and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 7+ years of payroll experience, including Payroll Manager-level experience. Strong ADP Workforce Now experience required. General ledger and payroll accounting experience required. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience with stock-based compensation programs is a plus.
