We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our client's team.Job Title: Payroll AnalystLocation: Acton, MA (Hybrid)Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $40.00 – $46.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: ContractFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary: The Payroll Analyst will independently manage end-to-end biweekly, multi-state U.S. payroll for 3,000+ employees in Workday, while serving as backup support for payroll processing in Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica. This role audits and reconciles payroll data, resolves discrepancies, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax and wage-hour requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Process accurate, timely biweekly multi-state U.S. payroll for 3,000+ employees in Workday, start to finishAudit and reconcile payroll data — hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings — before and after transmissionResearch and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesServe as backup for payroll processing in Canada, Mexico, and Costa RicaSupport year-end processes, including W-2 reconciliation and distributionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of hands-on, multi-state payroll processing experienceProven, extensive experience with Workday Payroll requiredFPC or CPP certification preferredBenefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
