Payroll Specialist

I'm partnering with a leading biotechnology company that is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its global payroll team. This is a hands-on role supporting the end-to-end processing of biweekly payroll for 3,000+ US employees using Workday. You'll work closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and reporting. What You'll Be Doing Process biweekly US payroll for 3,000+ employees Audit payroll data, taxes, deductions, and earnings Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Support off-cycle payroll processing Partner with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy Provide backup support for international payroll operations What We're Looking For 5+ years of multi-state US payroll experience Payroll tax and compliance expertise Experience supporting payroll operations in Canada, Mexico, and/or Costa Rica Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience If you have Workday Payroll experience and are interested in learning more, give me a call at View phone number on click.appcast.io or send me your resume.
