Be part of a team where people build lasting careers, not just jobs.Key Responsibilities:Perform independent pre-testing, including visual acuity, auto-refraction, tonometry, retinal imaging, OCT, visual fields, and moreAccurately document patient information and exam findings within the EHR systemProvide optical sales support, including frame styling, lens recommendations, eyewear dispensing, and patient educationSchedule patient appointments, manage clinic flow, and verify vision insurance benefitsDeliver outstanding customer service and assist with patient intake, check-in, and clinic operationsMaintain exam rooms, diagnostic equipment, and clinical suppliesThe Perks:Competitive pay, commensurate with experienceFull-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:40am–5:00pm, with occasional SaturdaysPaid time off, robust healthcare and dental benefits, 401KEmployee discounts on eyewear and eye care servicesA culture of mentorship and professional growthWhat They Are Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail optometry officeStrong optometric pre-testing skills and comfort working independentlyExperience with optical sales, eyewear dispensing, and EHR documentationFamiliarity with vision insurance verificationExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environmentBonus: Experience with contact lens training/education and/or bilingual in English and SpanishAbout Eyetastic Services:Eyetastic Services partners exclusively with employers who provide equal opportunities across all healthcare fields.
