CNA Opportunities at Riverside Care of FloridaRiverside Care of Florida is seeking experienced, reliable certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are a family of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our goal for this position is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a residential group setting, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in the comfort of their home.CNAs with prior group home/group care experience is preferred.We currently have part-time opportunities available:EOW (every other weekend) 7am-7pmPRN weekends 7am-7pmPRN weekdays 6am-10pmThe open cases above require proficiency with some or all of the following tasks:Medication assistanceTransfers/Hoyer lift useVital signsIntake & output monitoringPersonal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)Ability to work and collaborate with partner staffStandard ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toiletingAssist clients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanicsSupport continence care, including use of briefs, bedpans, and commodesAssist with feeding and hydration as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clientsObserve for and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to the supervising nurseImplement fall prevention and safety measures per care planProvide supervision for clients requiring cueing or redirectionPerform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, bed-making, and tidying client living areasQualifications:Proven experience working in home care or home healthFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsProficiency in English (bilingual a plus)Caring and compassionate personalityCurrent CPR certificateCurrent First Aid trainingValid driver's license/IDHigh school education or higher (diploma/GED/transcript or equivalent required)A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you doA heart for serving those in need of careBenefits to working with RiversideWeekly pay (advanced pay options after probationary period)Direct depositProfessional development/free CEUsFlexible scheduling24/7 staff supportJob Types: Part-time, Contract (all contractors MUST show they are in business for themselves by proof of EIN, state business license, or business occupational license)Pay: $19.00 per hourOnce you submit your resume, our recruiting team will contact you to schedule an interview.
