We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales team. Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role oversees daily sales operations, implements strategic sales initiatives, and ensures consistent execution of Sissines’ sales process while maintaining a strong customer-first culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor Outside Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting. Participate in key prospect meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. Establish clear sales processes, expectations, and accountability standards. Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the sales team. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals. Strong understanding of consultative selling and long sales cycles. Experience in office technology, B2B services, or related industries preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance metrics. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership.
