Quality Management System Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and aesthetics industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Management System Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Management System Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the company's commitment to excellence and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Quality Management System Specialist

Location: remote

Pay Range: $38/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide expertise and guidance for R&D Quality activities supporting the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Manage document control responsibilities, ensuring procedural documents are accurate and up-to-date.

• Perform vendor qualification activities independently within the QMS framework.

• Support audit and inspection processes to maintain compliance and readiness.

• Lead special projects to ensure QMS alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 12-15 years of Quality Assurance experience, including managing and implementing a QMS.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams.

• Experience with document management and vendor qualification processes.

• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues effectively.
