Kelly Services is hiring Warehouse Operators for a great opportunity with a leading natural food color manufacturer in Mount Pleasant, WI . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to earn more as you advance to Warehouse Level 2.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Operator, you will help ensure products and materials move safely and accurately throughout the warehouse.

• Handle materials to and from production
• Receive, store, and ship products and materials
• Verify loaded and unloaded goods against documentation
• Store and rotate inventory according to established procedures
• Accurately relabel products
• Report damaged or missing goods to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and consolidation
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Operate material handling equipment and perform manual material handling
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience with Excel , including maintaining spreadsheet data
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems required; SAP/EWM experience preferred
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and adaptability
• MHE certification preferred
• DOT certification preferred
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour

Employees start at Warehouse Level 1 , with a pay increase available upon moving to Warehouse Level 2 .

Additional Requirements

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Position may require working in cooler and freezer environments; appropriate PPE is provided
• Ongoing warehouse work requires good mobility and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
