Authentically Montana.Position SummaryThe Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of hotel operations, including daily staff management, guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, cost control, and sales and revenue generation. This role assists the General Manager in driving the strategic vision and implementation of both Vista Host and brand-wide initiatives, focusing on exceeding guest expectations and building relationships with key customers.Who Is This Position For?The Assistant General Manager is an energetic, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on leadership.
