As a Nurse Scheduler (CNA/STNA) , you’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff by coordinating schedules while also providing hands-on care when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call-offs and coverage

• Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety

• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures

• Accurately complete required documentation and record-keeping, including vitals

• Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights

• Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations

What You Bring

• Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification/license

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized

• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

• Excellent attendance and reliability
