Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition assistance Vision insurance Board Certified Behavioral Analyst We are seeking a full‑time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Residential Services clinical team. The primary role involves supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of programmatic and individual behavioral supports for clients with social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. The BCBA will serve as a specialist, increasing the capacity of all team members to provide effective behavioral support. Responsibilities include modeling data collection, conducting assessments, formulating individual treatment plans, and providing group work to youth, as well as training staff and assisting youth in meeting treatment goals. Key duties: develop and implement assessment tools, conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses, create behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors, provide crisis intervention, and maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families. The BCBA will perform tasks such as writing IEP goals and objectives/benchmarks, presenting training workshops to direct support professionals, and meeting with supervised staff to discuss ongoing client issues. Transportation for clients to and from site may be required (agency vehicles or personal vehicle).
