Restaurant General Manager – Fast Service / QSR
Lincoln City, OR
$65,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus potential
Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lincoln City, Oregon. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, love building strong teams, and want real career growth into a District Manager role, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front and back of house)
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service every shift
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and drive sales and profitability
- Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Build a positive restaurant culture where team members want to stay and grow
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of General Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or fast casual (preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting sales, profit, and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Passion for the restaurant business and desire to grow into multi-unit leadership
