Estimator-Project Manager

Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned company in Pontiac, MI, is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage industrial electrical construction projects from initial bid through completion. Responsibilities Attend site visits to evaluate project conditions and develop scopes of work Prepare detailed electrical labor and material estimates and take-offs Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages Manage project materials, equipment, labor, vendors, and subcontractors Communicate project requirements and safety expectations to field personnel Monitor project progress and prepare estimates for change orders Support purchase orders, permits, billing, and invoice preparation Qualifications 3+ years of electrical trade, estimating, or project management experience Ability to read electrical single-line drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is preferred Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to travel locally and out of state approximately 25% Why Join Lee?
