Picker/Packer- Romeoville, IL

Location: Romeoville, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Pay rate: $17.50/hour

Duties:

Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer and production requirements
Inspect products for quality and ensure items meet company standards before shipment
Refresh units by cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts as needed
Label, organize, and stage completed orders for shipping
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals

Requirements:

Hands-on warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work overtime including Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.
