Division Counsel — Global M&A Transactions Lead

Abbott is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to lead teams of in-house counsel in acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and other significant transactions for all Abbott businesses. The role reports to Abbott Legal and works closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams. This senior position can be located at Abbott Park, Illinois or Chicago, Illinois (Willis Tower).
