As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and other general maintenance issues Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service Perform preventative maintenance to maximize the life and performance of building systems and equipment Assist with apartment turns, preparing homes for new residents Maintain the interior and exterior of the community in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations Support seasonal responsibilities and help maintain the overall appearance of the property Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs, timelines, and updates Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to support after‑hours maintenance needs and emergency response Join a team that takes pride in delivering quality work, supports one another's success, and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every resident. Compensation & Incentives $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus Base Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions On‑Call Appreciation: $15/day while holding the on‑call phone 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 paid holidays and sick leave Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Rotating paid on‑call participation required Must be available for weather‑related and emergency maintenance events Schedule may adjust based on business needs What We'll Expect From You Experience performing general maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize multiple service requests Comfortable using smartphones, mobile work order applications, email, and other technology to manage daily responsibilities Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Must live within a reasonable distance to support on‑call and emergency response HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range. #J-18808-Ljbffr
