About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at Forest Manor Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Our morning shift LPN position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Provide wound care and maintain proper wound documentation

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
