Sales Executive – Mini C-Arm / Medical Imaging

Location: MUST BE NORTH-EAST BASED

I'm partnering with a growing medical imaging company looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to its commercial team.

This is a smaller, fast-moving business where you'll have genuine ownership of your territory, work closely with senior leadership, and play an important role in growing the company's presence across the US.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for driving new business and developing relationships across hospitals, surgery centres, orthopaedic practices and other relevant clinical settings.

The key requirement is previous commercial experience with Mini C-Arms . We're specifically looking for someone who already understands the market, customer base and sales process rather than someone coming from general MedTech sales.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a territory sales strategy
• Selling Mini C-Arm / fluoroscopy imaging technology into new and existing accounts
• Building relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, clinicians, radiology teams, ASC stakeholders and hospital decision-makers
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations through to negotiation and close
• Growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further market penetration
• Attending industry meetings, conferences and customer events
• Working directly with leadership to help shape commercial growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

Mini C-Arm experience is essential.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven medical device or medical imaging sales experience
• Direct experience selling Mini C-Arms, extremity imaging or closely related fluoroscopy systems
• An established understanding of the orthopaedic / surgical imaging market
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing a territory independently
• Strong relationships within hospitals, ASCs, orthopaedics or relevant clinical environments
• The ability to succeed in a smaller company where people are expected to be hands-on and commercially proactive
