Reporting directly to executive leadership, this is a foundational hunter role tasked with driving the company's direct B2B go-to-market strategy.

Job Description: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead new-business expansion by targeting mid-market and enterprise employers (500–3,000+ eligible employees).

Key responsibilities include :

• Outbound Pipeline Generation: Execute a proactive hunting strategy to engage key HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling & Business Case Development: Lead 2- to 3-month sales cycles involving multiple buyer stakeholders. Conduct thorough discovery, demonstrate ROI, and negotiate contractual, MRR agreements.
• Full-Cycle Execution & Strategy: Manage deals from initial contact through formal presentation and close. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, partner with leadership to refine the sales playbook, and support smooth client transitions post-sale.
• Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience directly targeting HR Leaders, Heads of Total Rewards, or Benefits decision-makers.
• Strong background selling subscription-based (SaaS) or ongoing service models within Employee Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll, ATS, background screening, or employee wellness solutions.
• Demonstrated success building an outbound pipeline from scratch rather than relying on inbound leads or inherited accounts.

Location - This is a fully Remote opportunity where candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
