Drug Crafters Pharmacy is a rapidly growing, nationally licensed compounding pharmacy and an affiliate of NexPoint Advisors, a Dallas-based alternative investment and financial services firm. Drug Crafters specializes in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, weight management, and customized wellness solutions. Since 2006, we’ve partnered with physicians, nurse practitioners, med spas, and telehealth providers nationwide, delivering high-quality, compliant, patient-specific compounded medications with fast turnaround times and best-in-class provider support.

We’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a high-caliber hunter–farmer sales professional with direct experience in the wellness + HRT/peptide space to help scale the business.

Position Overview

This is a build-and-own sales role

The expectation is the ability to build and sustain a ~5M annual revenue run rate by:

• winning new provider relationships in HRT, peptides, weight-loss, and wellness
• expanding and deepening existing accounts
• treating your book of business like your own

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close new physician, clinic, med spa, and telehealth accounts focused on HRT, peptides, and wellness therapies
• Own and grow a portfolio of provider relationships with a long-term mindset
• Drive account expansion through additional therapies, protocol adoption, and increased utilization
• Build a durable book of business with recurring, scalable revenue
• Partner closely with pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional provider experience

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in one or more of the following: HRT, peptides, weight management, hormone clinics, med spas, or customized wellness solutions
• 5–10+ years of consultative healthcare or wellness sales experience preferred
• Track record of acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business
• Strong understanding of selling into physicians, NPs, clinics, or wellness providers
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped upside

Compounding pharmacy experience is a plus but not required if you know the space.
