Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Pediatrician in Pensacola, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient pediatric practice serving children and families
• Focus on well-child visits, immunizations, and acute and chronic pediatric care
• Relationship-based medicine with strong community impact
• Dedicated medical assistant support and collaborative clinical environment
• Protected administrative time built into daily schedule
• Opportunity to serve a diverse and underserved patient population

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $200,000+
• Quarterly Productivity Bonuses

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• Optional 4-Day Work Week
• 18-20 Patients Per Day
• 15-20 Minute Patient Visits
• 40 Minutes Of Protected Administrative Time Daily
• Shared Phone-Only Call Approximately 8 Weeks Per Year With Nurse Line Support

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services
• Perform well-child exams and preventive care visits
• Administer immunizations and manage chronic conditions
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses
• Educate families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with support staff and care teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Active DEA License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Fluent Spanish Speaking Ability STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Comfortable In Outpatient Pediatric Practice REQUIRED
• Passion For Serving Children And Families REQUIRED
• Team-Based Care Experience Preferred
